General conditions for purchases from OFFICINA 94.
These policies describe the seller’s commitments. Occasional private sales are not automatically B2C sales under the Consumer Code: classification depends on the actual activity, not VAT registration. The withdrawal and 24-month conformity protections below are voluntarily offered where not mandatory. The seller must confirm the legal and tax classification before selling.

Handmade fan art
Products are handmade, numbered, limited-run fan art. Minor variations in paint, finish and sculpting are normal, not defects, provided the product matches its description and agreed characteristics. These are personal reinterpretations, not official merchandise; there is no affiliation, licence or endorsement by any rights holder.
Made-to-order merch
OFFICINA 94 branded merch (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, totes, stickers, posters, caps) is produced by a third-party print partner only after your order, and ships separately in 4–8 working days. The 14-day withdrawal right still applies: standard sizes are not personalised items. To return merch, email us first — we will communicate the return address by email.
Prices, payment and contract
Prices are in EUR. No VAT is applied for this occasional private sale. Shipping is shown separately before payment. Payment is handled by Stripe. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed; the confirmation page shows your order and allocated serials. Availability is checked before checkout.
Shipping within the EU
EU destinations only. Italy: €6.90, estimated 24–48 hours; Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Belgium and Netherlands: €12.90, estimated 2–3 days; other EU countries: €16.90, estimated 3–5 days. Shipping is free for product subtotals strictly above €120. Times are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines. Tracked express courier, double-boxed packaging; no customs within the EU.
Conformity guarantee
A 24-month conformity guarantee from delivery is offered. Where the seller qualifies as a trader, the mandatory legal guarantee under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code applies and cannot be limited. Contact us for a defect: remedies include repair or replacement without cost and, where the conditions apply, a price reduction or termination. Normal handmade differences do not exclude rights for genuine non-conformity.
Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as described on the Returns page. Custom items made to your specifications are excluded where the legal exception applies. These protections are offered voluntarily where consumer law does not apply to the private sale.
Disputes and applicable law
Italian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. For consumers, the competent court is that of their residence or domicile where required by law.
